2024 Step Out to Walk to Stop Diabetes

Join the Los Angeles County African American Employee Association’s 2024 American Diabetes Step Out to Walk team.  We have 55 days until walk day on October 26, 2024.

We have some work to do to get our minds, bodies, and spirits ready, and we need to meet our donation goal of $2000. So far, we have raised $350. LACAAEA- African American Employees – Fundraising For American Diabetes Association (donordrive.com).

I am confident we can do this. So, please do the following:

1. Donate to yourself through our webpage to meet your fundraising goal.
2. Ask a friend to donate on your behalf.
3. Ask a family member to donate on your behalf.
4. Ask someone you want to spend more time with to join our team on the walk and donate.

Remember, on October 26, 2024, at Rainbow Lagoon, we will walk to fight for a cure, educate, and eliminate diabetes disparities. If you need help, please don’t hesitate to let me know. I am here to help.
